Shipping Policy

At Spirit Combat Sports, we’re committed to delivering your gear quickly and reliably. Please review the details below for everything you need to know about our shipping process.

📦 Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after business hours will begin processing the next business day.
Business hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM CST (excluding holidays).

🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We ship all orders via FedEx. Shipping prices and delivery options are calculated and displayed at checkout. All shipping rates are quoted directly from FedEx, based on package weight, size, and destination.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery time begins after the order has shipped, not when the order is placed.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a FedEx tracking number via email.

🔄 Order Changes or Cancellations
You have 30 minutes after placing an order to request a cancellation or change. While we cannot guarantee adjustments, we will do our best to accommodate requests. Please contact us as soon as possible at cs@spiritcombatsports.com.

📦 Tracking Your Order
A FedEx tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update.

📍 Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, please reach out to us at cs@spiritcombatsports.com. We will work with FedEx to start a tracer and assist you through the claims process. We will do our best to help resolve the issue.

💳 Credit Card & Billing Address Policy
For the protection of our customers and our business, orders are shipped to the billing address of the credit card used for payment.
Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis. If you need an alternative shipping arrangement, please contact us at cs@spiritcombatsports.com prior to placing your order.
